LIMA belas tahun lalu saya pernah mengajukan protes pada guru sebuah sekolah tempat anak saya belajar di Amerika Serikat. Masalahnya, karangan berbahasa Inggris yang ditulis anak saya seadanya itu telah diberi nilai E (excellence) yang artinya sempurna, hebat, bagus sekali. Padahal dia baru saja tiba di Amerika dan baru mulai belajar bahasa.

Next Step

When I graduated from high school, I knew exactly where I wanted to study, what major I want to take. Getting a degree was my next step. Deciding what next seemed pretty easy in that time.. The future seemed quite clear. I could picture myself in the university I want to enter. But now after graduating.. Its hard to imagine the future. Where will I be working or what kind of job will I have, there’s no hint about it even just a little. I don’t like uncertainty hence this worries me. 

I know everything will be fine as long as I do my best and surrender everything in God’s hand.. to be honest, I am scared :(
